PATH TO EAGLE
The path to Eagle Scout is: Scout > Tenderfoot > Second Class > First Class > Star > Life > Eagle.
To date, Troop 794 has produced over 120 Eagle Scouts!
Advancement is how boys accomplish the BSA mission and it works hand-in-hand with the aims of Scouting: character development, citizenship training, and mental and physical fitness. Nationwide, about 4% of Scouts will earn the rank of Eagle.
Troop 794 strives to have Scouts reach the First Class Rank within a year, works with boys to achieve Star and Life ranks and provides a mentor program designed to get boys from Life to Eagle Scout.
Parent involvement is essential as a Scout makes the journey from Scout to Eagle. Troop 794 relies on dedicated, involved parents to help run our program and support their sons on their journey.
