FUNDRAISING

Troop 794 offers several opportunities throughout the year for scouts to fundraise.  This helps to raise money for troop activiities, including outings and high adventure programs.

Currently Troop 794 is participating in the following fundraising programs:

Popcorn Sales

This annual activity kicks off the last week in August and ends the middle of October.  Orders are primarily taken through door-to-door sales, but augmented by on-line sales as well as a Saturday afternoon in front of one of the local grocery stores.  Net proceeds from popcorn sales help to offsite the cost of annual troop membership fees as well as covering troop supplies.

The troop receives product by the first week in November and makes delivery to customers that first Saturday.

Camp Cards

At $5 per coupon card, it is an easy sale. 100% of proceeds goes to scouting!  These cards offer discounts at local area businesses.
